Yes, ICEBOLT jewelry is waterproof.

However, it is not chemical-proof, so we recommend not wearing your jewelry in swimming pools, hot springs, or other settings high in chemicals or minerals.

Your jewelry may need professional cleaning if exposed to certain chemicals.

Orders

Unfortunately, we have a no cancellation policy and all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to our fulfillment team to begin processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay the shipping speed for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, contact us immediately — we may still be able to make changes to the items on your order.

Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email on your order when your package leaves our facility.

We aim to process orders in 1-3 business days, but influxes of orders or item stock-outs can delay shipment.

Rest assured we are doing everything we can to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.
